Crisis Intervention
If you need to speak with mental health specialist outside of business hours and immediately, use the resources provided below. If you or your child are currently in crisis, please seek help immediately.
If you are in immediate danger, please call 9-1-1 or go to your local emergency room right away. The following local hospitals have psychiatric services available. If you are in crisis and would benefit from talking to someone by phone, please call 2-1-1. There are mobile crisis teams available for both children and adults.

Call Infoline by dialing 2-1-1 from anywhere in Connecticut. You will speak to a caseworker who can help make it easier for you to find information, discover options or deal with a crisis. Infoline is certified by the American Association of Suicidology.
